Mr. Tremblay is a former Patent Examiner of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In private practice (as a Patent Agent), Mr. Tremblay has focused on preparation of new U.S. Patent Application and prosecuting U.S. Patent Applications before USPTO.

During Mr. Tremblay's ten-year tenure at USPTO, he examined patent applications in the electrical arts, business methods and semiconductors.
